Slimming with food

I just read about this,"slimming with food,simple changes in eating habits for that slimmer look" this morning.Well it is sunday maaa...what else to do?gear up with reading news paper lorrrr.This issues focus on tips on food intake,refer below:-

1.Eat Slowly --->kunyah makanan 1minute
Take smaller bites and eat slowly ----> i have to start eating using chop stick,that make sense.
Then put your spoon down in between mouthfuls --->This will give your stomach time to inform you that you have enough,instead of pushing too much food in.

2.Don't Ban Any Food ---> aiyooo never ban any food except its too oily and contain saturated fat
By nature our minds would tell us forbidden food is always the best --->As usual we will diligently abstain from the forbidden food for awhile and then end up bingeing on it will full regret.[This is always happened," konon avoid ice-cream, later on bantai baskin.Voley?]

3.Don't shop for food,grocery when you are hungry ---> this statement was TRUE
NO !..NO ! shopping for food when you are hungry makes you buy unnecessary and nice looking food ----> Hahahah...i always TerBuy fast food,by looking at the adv slluupppssss.

4.Keep a food diary ----> this one never do in my entire life
This would not be easy but if you can,try to keep a diary of food intake,especially with calorie count. -----> tu dia hazab dek nonnnn....have to do it!

5.Reward your self ---> mak sker...mak skerr bab nie
Give yourself a small reward for each kg you have permanently lost ----> Kata kunci nye "SMALL" + "PERMANENTLY" beard in my mind.

Note: Voley ka nie? ya..ya sure i can if i really wants.Berusaha lah,its may take time of days and months to see result.Mak harus nekad..or else i will still having 3G till the end plus health problems some more.

Yam, makan slow tu betul tuh. Aku rasa aku kurus sebab aku makan slow lah. Lepas tu, angin pulak yg banyak masuk, last last makan tak abis..hahaha...
